Alex joined eMAG as a data engineer in 2018 and his main objective was to derive meaningful insights from data by creating and maintaining complex data pipelines.

More recently, the focus has shifted to helping build eMAG’s new Data Platform, which will increase Big Data technologies adoption throughout the company and also make access to data easier and faster by leveraging modern tools and data processing techniques.
