Serban Mateescu

Serban is a Software Developer with years of experience in Kubernetes provisioning, distributed big data processing, distributed monitoring, and anomaly detection. He is currently working on the monitoring services provided by Bigstep, a bare metal IaaS company, integrating topology aware optimizations for edge deployments and anomaly detection techniques. Over the past four years, since joining Bigstep, he was involved in several projects, including Lentiq, a distributed edge-aware data mesh solution for storing and processing data, and MetalSoft, an edge cloud software.
