With over 6 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, over the past two years, Viorel’s interests shifted towards big data projects. His current focus is to deliver reliable, scalable, fault-tolerant, and efficient solutions on-premise or in the cloud, using big data technologies such as Hortonworks, Spark, Cassandra, and Kafka. Viorel has extensive experience in implementing data pipelines and highly scalable streaming applications, also holding multiple certifications among which Apache Cassandra 3.x Developer Associate (DataStax) and Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
