Tereza Váradyová is Head of Delivery at BizzTreat, where she leads 25+ professionals across three delivery teams, bridging the gap between complex business needs and cutting-edge BI solutions. Based in Prague, Tereza has deep expertise in the Romanian market, having built end-to-end reporting stacks and data pipelines for major clients, including PRO TV and their Voyo digital division, as well as Ringier and Thematic.
From her early days as a data analyst to now overseeing projects with complex multi-project architectures and intricate data ecosystems, she’s passionate about making data transformation accessible and impactful. Whether she’s designing AI agents, consulting on project architecture and business impact, or mentoring her delivery teams, Tereza brings the same passion for problem-solving that takes her conquering roads on her bike – because data puzzles and steep climbs are just different kinds of challenges to embrace.
