Biography
Irini is a Microstrategy Certified Architect with a master’s degree in Automatics at UPB. 16 years ago, she started as a QA in Metro Data Warehouse department, building up on her DevOps skills as well as acquiring a complex understanding of the wholesale business flow. Working in a company focused on innovation, she nourished her ambition to keep up with the dynamics of technology trends. She progressed in her BI Coach role, advising representatives of the METRO C&C operational teams in the countries on how to build data analytics using the Microstrategy platform and integrate multiple data sources like Teradata, Big Query on GCP, ORACLE, or local files.
She is passionate about the idea of women in tech. She also promotes IT in schools, by volunteering in the Hour of Code program.
