Emilia leads AI & Data in Deloitte Consulting, European Regional Delivery Center. Launching her career as a data engineer, she has gained more than 17 years of experience in information management, analytics, and performance management. During this time, Emilia has successfully built teams and led people in Delivery Centers, while helping organizations through their analytics transformation journey and delivering Analytics solutions for clients in Banking, Pharma, Marketing, Energy and Utilities. Emilia also leads Respect & Inclusion within ERDC.
