Catalin Paunescu is the Founder and CEO of Star Storage and one of the driving forces since its establishment in 2000. With a technical background in cybernetics and an unwavering passion for technology, he’s been the catalyst for innovation and progress of the company.
In 2009, he foresaw the cloud migration wave and launched the company’s own Tier-III data center.
Under his guidance, Star Storage has heavily invested in its own cutting-edge enterprise software platforms, including SEAL, StarCapture, and StarMigrator Engine, focused on the management and automation of unstructured content, providing invaluable solutions in an increasingly data-driven world.
