Biography
Catalin Gheorghiu is a solution architect from Romania with a strong focus on (I)IoT, industrial mobile, and cloud solutions. Beyond his expertise in software development and architecture, Catalin is also an experienced trainer and consultant. He is an active member of the technical community, regularly contributing articles and blogs under the pseudonym MrSmersh, delivering presentations at various user groups and meetups, and serving as the leader of the RONUA Timisoara user group. Catalin frequently lectures both in Romania and internationally, sharing his knowledge and passion for technology with audiences around the world.
Since 2011, he has been recognized annually with the Microsoft MVP Award and is also a current recipient of the Intel Software Innovator Award. Additionally, he holds the status of Microsoft Certified Trainer.
