Bianca Enache, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM), is an Agile Project Manager with 6 years of experience in the Software Development area and more than 15 years of experience in managing clients and teams. She currently works in the IoT department at eSolutions, where she has successfully led projects with global impact.
Bianca is passionate about understanding the drivers of change, and navigating uncertainty and late-stage development shifts. She frequently shares her expertise through agile training, workshops, and articles.
Outside of her professional life, Bianca enjoys playing tennis, exploring the world, and immersing herself in diverse cultures and experiences.
