Alex Bordei

Alex Bordei has been developing infrastructure products for over twelve years. He created the first prototype of the Bigstep platform that would later turn into Metal Cloud – an innovative product that features both the power of bare metal and the flexibility of the cloud.

With many years of experience in cloud development, he developed Lentiq, a distributed edge-aware data mesh solution for storing and processing data, to quickly run data science, machine learning and data analysis at scale in the cloud. Currently, he is focusing on a new platform that will orchestrate the edge assets of service providers and enterprises – MetalSoft.
