Large Database Rebalance Using Monte Carlo Algorithms 

Working with large volumes of data is troublesome even for high-performance scalable data stores. Our presentation aims to discuss a proof of concept system that keeps cluster nodes of a database balanced in time. We achieved this through a series of business logic driven migrations of data sets using a Monte Carlo approach, where the solution space is minimized by heuristics and operational constraints in an always-available cloud environment.
