Biography
Stefan is an enterprise architect and consultant working at the intersection of open source, AI, and organizational design. He has been involved in major digital-sovereignty initiatives, including LiMux and the architectural groundwork for what later became openDesk. He is the founder and architect of PrAIvate, a privacy-first open-source RAG platform designed to run from personal systems to data-center and cloud environments. His current work focuses on sovereign AI systems, knowledge architectures, reproducible infrastructure, and the engineering practices required to build and evolve complex AI systems.
