Teodor Danciu

Founder and Architect of the JasperReports Library open source project, Teodor Danciu is a business intelligence specialist and open source evangelist. He has spent the last two decades in the industry, where he drove the evolution of the JasperReports project from a pixel-perfect, print-oriented, Java reporting engine, to a versatile, interactive, web-friendly, powerful, and flexible reporting solution available for all platforms through a comprehensive and easy-to-use REST API.

In his current position as director of engineering at Jaspersoft, he leads a software development team with a focus on cloud platforms, reporting at scale, and SAAS products.
