Bianca Costache

Bianca is a Senior Engineering Manager at Adobe, where she currently leads real-time and streaming capabilities for the Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP Destinations ecosystem. At her core, she’s passionate about programming and solving complex challenges. She began her journey in software engineering in 2013 and joined Adobe in 2016. Since then, she has led key projects, including those in Adobe DX’s largest real-time data collection layer, and the RT-CDP Streaming Activation services starting in 2019. Her role at Adobe focuses on addressing customer-centric issues through sound engineering principles while creating an environment where each team member can thrive.
